Director, Operations Analysis (Club)

This position is responsible for the overall direction and development of analytical tools to assist the Executive Vice Presidents in the management of the operating divisions.
+ Supervision of regional analysts supporting the geographies.
+ Development of financial and analytical reports to assist management.
+ Manage Cost to Serve Analysis such as migrating to monthly updates, modification of the analysis program, migration of the analysis program from OFA to Outlooksoft, development of standard reports and continual refinement of process and analysis.
+ Provide assistance in pricing of services.
+ Work with Executive Vice Presidents to develop performance metrics for the regions.
+ Interface with HR and IT to generate the metric reports in the most timely and efficient manner.
+ Provide Financial analysis support for operational initiatives such as Sales Support hubs, Retail changes, Fleet changes, etc.
+ Interface with Finance and EVPs on budgeting and projections.
+ Evaluate and pursue consistency of rate payment across regions.
+ Responsible for the management of the CTS database including control of output.
+ Interface with Client Owners on deep dive analysis on clients.
+ Prioritize high opportunity clients.
+ Interface with internal owners (Retail, Marketing, and Sales Support) on opportunities for efficiency gains.
+ Utilization of CTS output to evaluate pricing opportunities (transactional customers, fee for service, Retail Source pricing).
+ Provide analysis and support for aggressively challenging proposed rate reductions from clients.
+ Evaluate rate impact on profitability and identify opportunities for rate simplification and consistency.
+ Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
+ Minimum of five years in management level role experience required.
+ Food Brokerage experience preferred
+ Ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, management reporting, and process improvement.
+ A basic understanding of cost accounting is required, as is good computer skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
