Development of communication programs to promote Oracle s products and services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

Oracle's Corporate Communications seeks a Brand Journalist to join our Content Central editorial team. The role of Brand Journalist is focused on creating original, high quality thought leadership content that can be easily accessed and enjoyed by business and technology professionals. Our ideal Brand Journalist is someone who enjoys taking highly technical subject matter and turning it into a masterful piece of content that can be easily accessed and enjoyed by business and technology professionals. As a member of Content Central, you will be responsible for creating magazine-quality content on behalf of Oracle. We need you to move across the intersection of editorial and modern marketing, attend events, produce text and video content and collaborate with Oracle's social teams across our many content distribution channels. You will have access to all things Oracle, which includes a rich network of Oracle executives, customers, internal product champions, and partners. In short, we are looking to hire someone who can articulate the customer-centric vision of Oracle by taking real life examples of how Oracle products make our customers incredibly successful and leverage those examples into highly consumable content.
Responsibilities:
Write a variety of types of content across all Oracle media channels, including Oracle.com, external sites, and publications. You will collaborate with executives and product and marketing teams across Oracle and meet with our customers to help understand and share their business-technology success stories. You will work closely with Content Central s team of writers and editors to generate timely, high-impact articles, video, and social content in a news-like editorial environment.
Preferred experience includes:
12 years in tech writing and content creation
Expertise writing and storytelling via news-analysis articles, columns, and other kinds of thought leadership content
Top-notch writing skills
Work with other writers and editors to develop story ideas and deliver high quality content on tight deadlines
Deep knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS) and how tech-enabled innovation can drive new business opportunities
Experience working directly with technologists, CIOs, and other C-level executives
Preferred Qualifications include:
University Degree or professional experience in Journalism or Communications
Extremely well organized and able to adhere to tight deliverable windows
Experience engaging business customers and sharing their success stories
Proficiency and enthusiasm for all social channels
Superior writing skills
Willingness to travel

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
