Group Account Director
This role leads the management of print and digital programs for multiple retail clients. Taking a hands-on approach, they are instrumental in the development and implementation of new initiatives and assist in the development of program strategies. The Group Account Director focuses on understanding the client's business and competitive landscape to ensure delivery of quality work that meets each clients' business objectives while bringing innovation to both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
Client Relations
Maintain contact with senior level Clients responsible for development of strategic creative programs
Anticipate Client needs, keeping the Company in a leadership position rather than reactionary position and ensuring overall Client satisfaction and health of the business
Counsel with senior level Clients, maintaining a "trusted advisor" position
Research and present competitive research to show best in class examples to include industry trends and innovation to inspire client and internal creative teams
Lead and provide POV to the account and creative teams with all client initiatives to ensure client strategy and objectives are met
Plan and estimate simple to highly complex projects and/or develop long term retainer contracts
Keep Company management informed of status of client relations, including personnel changes and issues pertaining to Studio performance and any issues impacting agency revenue (positive or negative)
Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Company/Client Scope of Work document
Steward the Companies profitability with a focus on both Client retention and identifying opportunities for revenue growth
Creative
Work directly with Creative Directors, Art Directors and the Account Team to develop strategy and messaging that delivers high-level creative solutions to meet Client's business objectives and goals.
Lead and direct the creative team from concept to completion
Work with Studio team to plan and manage Client workflow
Manage teams on multiple programs/projects simultaneously while meeting all deliverable deadlines
Research and present competitive research to show best in class examples to include industry trends and innovation to inspire client and internal creative teams
Lead and provide POV to the account and creative teams with all client initiatives to ensure client strategy and objectives are met
Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies
Present creative executions and digital strategies to client
Competitive
Oversee collection and reporting of all pertinent competitive information to Client (creative, targeted marketing efforts)
Make value-add strategic recommendations based upon competitive activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
8 + years of industry experience in a well established, client-facing role,
retail agency experience a plus
5+ years in an account management position leading large and small retail accounts
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to with experience presenting to all levels of Clients and other stakeholders
Knowledge of digital media including social media (Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram), email marketing, online advertising, and web site development
Proficient to expert in: Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills
Ability to gracefully manage multiple programs and/or projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a passionate attitude

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
