Sales Analyst/Sales Service Representative

SUMMARY
Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, reporting to Helen of Troy Health & Home (HOT H&H) Director of Sales overseeing Walmart, Inc, the Sales Analyst/Sales Service Representative will focus on supporting Walmart team in a multifaceted role to meeting all defined sales and marketing objectives, budgets and strategic business plans. Key responsibilities include providing Walmart specific ad hoc weekly reporting as defined, as well as providing support to Buyer meeting prep and follow up. Power brands include; Honeywell, PUR, Vicks, Braun, Stinger and other market leaders. Home Environment categories include; air cleaners, fans, heaters, humidifiers, water purification and lawn & garden products. Health Care categories include; humidifiers, vaporizers, thermometers and hot/cold therapy products. National Account responsibilities require approximately 10% travel and 90% in Bentonville based office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Pull, organize, and format weekly POS and defective data via Retail Link to share with HOT H&H cross functional teams for all product categories to track performance.
Create and develop ADHOC reporting tools for all product categories to support Sales, Marketing and cross functional teams.
Organize and format POS data for Walmart, Sam's, and Walmart.com for line reviews to create systematic approach of metric based presentations.
Work effectively to support HOT H&H category management team where applicable through analytical and presentation support.
Execute sell through trackers for all Promotions/Rollbacks/TABS for internal performance review and ROI assessment.
Support Walmart team National Account Managers with retail pricing integrity, planogram compliance and promotional performance sell through review.
Assist NAMs and Director of Sales along with cross functional teams to gather and accurately prepare sales presentations across all product categories in timely manner.
Accurately execute all Walmart, Sam's and Walmart.com new item set up, cost changes, WERCs and Consumer Test Labs item submit forms and rollback forms.
In conjunction with Walmart and cross functional teams, assist in establishing continuous process improvement seeking maximum efficiencies.
Support Walmart team in capturing competitive on line and retail pricing.
Responsible for all Sales deliverables, including: price list, samples, competitive product matrix as needed for line reviews and ongoing customer requirements.
Support meeting prep requirements for Bentonville office based customer and/or corporate meetings.
General support to special projects as needed.
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ years diversified retail experience with minimum 2 years minimum Walmart analytical experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED
High level of understanding within Walmart's internal systems (Retail Link, WERCs, Data Sync, etc.).
High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and works well within team atmosphere.
Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously with great attention to detail.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Valid Driver's License and personal auto insurance required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
