Night Shift Supervisor-ISD

Position Description
Audits the progress of call reduction
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
Creates and audits team projects
Develops Associates
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Holds the team accountable for achieving and exceeding departmental goals and performance matrix
Maintains team's high Customer service standards
Manages Associate schedules to ensure coverage
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
1 year of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 2 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 7 years OR 4 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 7 years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience monitoring and evaluating service level agreements with vendors.
2 years experience conducting problem or incident management.
2 years experience managing hourly direct reports.
2 years experience working at an information technology call center or service help desk.
3 years experience with information technology systems (for example, hardware, software) for stores, distribution centers, and mainframes.
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
