Director - People Transformation Office

Position Description
Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Develops and maintains relationships with global Human Resources (HR) leaders
Drives the connectivity to the Global HR Project Management Office (PMO) to understand varying implications and cross program leverage opportunities to enable our HR Transformation efforts.
Leads the stand-up of an HR Transformation Office with a focus on prioritization of activities to deliver value to the business.
Minimum Qualifications
4 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 7 years experience in human resources, or related field OR 9 years experience in human resources, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years Walmart field experience.
Human Resources Certification (for example, PHR, SPHR).
Project Management Certification (for example, PMP, PMI).
Six Sigma certification.
5 years experience in large scale transformation initiativesEmployment Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
