The ideal candidate will provide operational support to the Walmart & Sam's Club National Account Managers to drive growth across all retail platforms including .com. The ideal candidate will display a natural business aptitude with a desire to grow. Essential Responsibilities
In addition you will :
Provide, on a 75 / 25 ratio at Walmart / Sam's, account level sales analytics support on a range of topics necessary to drive top line sales and share growth with our customers
Provide key Category Mgt., and GRS replenishment analysis for Sam's Club
Lead key cross functional operations activities both internally & externally: Drive internal action on line reviews, Maintain account level SKU management, Claims & Disputes, Forecasting and special customer initiatives
Assist Account Managers in planning and implementing sales strategies to drive growth across the Walmart & Sam's Club retail platforms
Work closely with the customer and GE Marketing to help execute national marketing initiatives and to manage the customer's promotional plan
Develop strategic, long-term relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels of Walmart & SAM's Club and work cross-functionally within GE to execute strategic plans
Identify new product opportunities and drive growth Qualifications/Requirements
BA / BS in Marketing, Management, Finance or Business Administration from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the consumer goods industry with a strong understanding of driving the value proposition / customer experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. MBA from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer packaged goods or lighting industry
Team player with outstanding ability to interact and influence both internal and external functions, inspiring others to excel

Deep understanding of the customer and utilizes this knowledge to win
Critical thinker that can adapt and deliver results by connecting the dots

Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and communicate customer Critical to Quality needs, market trends & buying strategies to Mgt.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid background in Category Management & Replenishment programs including Prospace, Retail Link and GRS
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
