Assignments include establishing marketing best practices; developing and implementing marketing plans; leveraging consumer insights; creating, enforcing and evaluating business-building projects; and identifying and driving new product development opportunities.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The GIM -AI is based in Bentonville AR, supporting Clorox Walmart/Sam's sales team. His/her responsibilities fall into three main categories -- Support Walmart business planning with price/promo scenario planning and trade optimization; Support business plan execution / tracking and conduct diagnosis on key business issues on ad hoc basis; Support business plan evaluation through bi-annual WMT BDA (business driver analysis -- Marketing mix modeling) and monthly trade review process;
In general, GIM-AI Walmart role drives business results by leveraging broad-based business knowledge and a high level of functional expertise. He/she does this by directing strategies and tactics that enable achievement of sales and profit targets at the brand level. The GIM - AI is responsible for proactively identifying key business issues in collaboration with business partners, managing key research priorities/plans and providing actionable recommendations that drive business results. He also enables conversion from insights to action by building strong business and cross-functional relationships. The GIM - AI operates with minimal assistance from his/her manager. This position also participates in driving functional excellence and building a world-class organization.
Key Responsibilities: Drive business results by influencing key decisions through an analytics-based perspective in the areas of Forecast, Sales and Marketing management. Integrate other consumer/market insights and a solid understanding of the broader business context to make more persuasive recommendations. Proficiently perform and apply advanced analytics techniques, including but not limited to: Marketing mix modeling Price & Promotion simulation Forecasting Trade Evaluation Database maintenance and Business Tracking & Diagnosis Ensure full utilization and integration of existing research and consumer/market knowledge to drive strategy and tactics for category and brand portfolios.
Minimum Requirements: Years of Experience - 5+ Years business experience with Masters; 3+ Years with PhD. Type of Experience - Marketing mix modeling, Price/Prom simulation and Pricing. Have working experience at retail side is a plus.
Skills and Abilities: Advanced experience using Excel (VBA / Tableau is a plus) and experience using a statistical package (SAS or R). Education Requirements: Masters or PhD in Marketing Research, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or related applied quantitative field

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
