Manager III, Replenishment - Food & Consumables / Health & Wellness

Position Description
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Develops forecast parameters and modifications for one or more business critical or highly seasonal category
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Optimizes supply chain execution for one or more highly complex or seasonal category
Oversees order placement for one or more business critical or highly seasonal category within a strategic business unit
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Supports replenishment strategic financial planning
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in supply chain managment, engineering, or business-related field and 2 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, or related field OR completion of Walmart Replenishment Leadership Program (RLP) and 2 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, or related field Or 4 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, retail management or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience using Walmart replenishment systems.
1 year experience with Retail Link.
2 years experience working on a cross-functional team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
