Manager of Marketing Operations

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle s products and services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

KEY OBJECTIVES
Manager of Marketing Operations will support business operations for the OTN Programs with special emphasis on the OTN Advocacy programs. The role involves managing budgets and expenses, highly organized program management skills, and will be responsible for supporting travel scheduling and arrangements for the ACE program. This role will liaise with groups inside and outside the company.
Specific Responsibilities:
Help manage the overall operations of the OTN Marketing Programs
Monthly communications with Program members. Write, execute, manage newsletter through Oracle s communication channels.
Stay current with program and member activities and promote through program social channels
Track key program metrics on a monthly basis to ensure active program growth and member participation
Onboard new program members and ensure presence is updated throughout various internal and external channels
Manage administrative processes including: expense reports, travel requests, collateral inventory and the like.
Build excellent working relationships with a diverse set of internal constituents
Maintain and update program website and marketing materials as necessary
On-boarding and engagement with new program members
Manage program presence at key events, both Oracle and third party.
Coordinate customer travel logistics air travel, accommodations, ground transportation, etc.
Assist with special projects as they arise
Travel possible
Relevant Experience:
6 years minimum marketing programs experience
Community marketing or customer advocacy programs experience desirable
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with accounting and finance teams
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to problem solve and work independently in a fast paced environment, clear decision making skills
Excellent team worker
Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or finance preferred.
Able to coordinate and manage relationship with internal Oracle teams and Oracle customers, partners, users

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
