Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 more years of software engineering or related experience.

Lead the evolution of Oracle's Public Cloud SaaS Life Cycle Management Architecture!

As an architect for the SaaS cloud Life Cycle Management (LCM) infrastructure, you will lead the evolution of many of our solutions for SaaS, as well as integrate it with our PaaS, and IaaS cloud solutions and our customers on premise identity and security infrastructure.
Working with product development, and operations teams, including; Fusion Applications, Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Public Cloud Dev Ops and Oracle Cloud Machine, you will lead the definition of our cloud LCM infrastructure for Fusion Applications and Middleware in our SaaS cloud, and integration with the infrastructure of our PaaS and IaaS cloud solutions as well as customers infrastructure. This is a hands-on position with high visibility technical challenge.

Job Responsibilities:
The Fusion Applications Lifecycle Management team is looking for an Architect to be responsible for the continuing design and architectural coordination (and some implementation) of all life-cycle related infrastructure necessary for the successful, operations of our Fusion Application Software as a Service offerings deployed in the Oracle Public Cloud.
As a technical leader with the Oracle Cloud development team, you will work on and provide direction to projects that solve complex technical problems that provide substantial customer value. Our products are used by every Oracle Fusion Applications customer, and play the central role of enabling and managing Customer needs within Oracle s Cloud. As a technical leader of the team, you will work on and provide directions to projects that solve complex technical problems that provide substantial customer value. As an LCM architect, you will be in daily interaction with other key architects with Oracle, along with executives and leaders across the Fusion and Cloud initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Full competency in cloud related technologies.
Ability to provide architectural leadership to a large, world-wide team.
Deep architectural leadership experience in SaaS/Cloud.
High degree of competence in written and verbal communication skills, including Experience communicating with Executive audiences.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
15-20 years of software engineering and technical leadership experience.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent, with a solid foundation in complex software system design
Commercial experience as lead developer of complex cross application products and/or underlying infrastructure that has shipped and in use by large number of customers. This includes proven success in architectural leadership and design, as well as successful implementations of such.
Understand network topologies, IT processes, and deployment architectures (e.g. layout of resources within a data center).
Expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing highly scalable and distributed systems. Includes concurrent execution as well as multi-thread applications.
Understanding of security constructs including passwords and certificates.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
