Project Manager-ISD Portfolio Management

Position Description
Develops and maintains professional relationships with all project sponsors (for example, senior management) and stakeholders (for example, end
users and suppliers) by educating sponsors and stakeholders on product and program requirements; collaborating with stakeholders to assess costs
and establish the return on investment (ROI); securing management approval for resource allocations; creating the communication plan which
determines communication level, frequency, detail and distribution of status updates; and minimizing impact of changes (for example, scope,
schedule, costs).
Develops Information Systems Division (ISD) associates by mentoring Project Leaders, Senior Project Specialists, Project Specialists; conducting
individual training (for example, Information Systems Development Life Cycle (ISDLC) methodology, project management); participating in area
development meetings; and assisting teams in the resolution of technical and business issues.
Manages the execution of a large project or multiple medium size projects by prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis; ensuring resolution of
critical issues; monitoring progress versus plan; escalating complex or difficult issues; utilizing scope-change orders to track changes to the projects;
tracking expenditures and budgets; providing informational presentations; managing stakeholder expectations; holding self and project team
accountable for project delivery; and developing performance reports.
Leads a large project or multiple medium size projects while adhering to Information Systems Development Life Cycle (ISDLC) by defining the scope
and objectives of the project; working with business units to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project;
coordinating planning activities (for example, business requirements, risk assessment, current and desired diagrams, target date) and assembling
management plans; developing staffing plans and assigning tasks to staff; ensuring tasks are executed as defined in the schedule in order to achieve
the goals; monitoring budgets and costs for projects; managing changes (for example, scope, schedule, costs) to the plans; and ensuring adherence
to established quality standards for the Information Systems Division.
Leads project management process improvement by providing input and ideas to improve processes; collaborating with stakeholders to enhance
processes; providing guidance to associates in process improvement; recommending process improvements to leadership; and removing barriers (for
example, existing business process, organizational structures).
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Information Systems Division (ISD) by identifying customer and operational needs;
developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources;
identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating
adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work
environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching
for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to
others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business
partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and ap #strategicservices
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 5 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR 7 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 3 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
7 years experience managing large projects with a multi-million dollar budget.
5 years managing cross-functional teams providing support through the project lifecycle.
5 years experience managing multiple methodologies (for example, waterfall, agile, iterative, RAD).
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
