Senior Project Specialist Technology-Global Back Office Solutions

Position Description
Creates and delivers presentations on project issues, status, change request and plans to diverse audiences (for example, managers, customers, suppliers, all stakeholders and project staff)
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Develops Global Integrated Processes (GIP) associates
Develops and maintains professional relationships with all project sponsors and stakeholders (for example, end users and suppliers)
Leads a small size project or aspects of a larger project
Leads business customers through project management processes in completing paperwork (for example, budgets, staffing plans, change management plans, document of understanding, scope statements, and other required artifacts)
Manages the execution of a small size project or aspects of a larger project
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 2 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 7 years OR 3 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 7 years OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience using multiple methodologies (for example, waterfall, agile, iterative, RAD).
1 year managing cross-functional teams providing support through the project lifecycle.
3 years project management experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
