Manager, International Instructional and Awareness Designer - Complian

Position Description
Manages development of complex training programs, performance support tools, and resources for International Compliance by conducting research
on learner needs, learning environment, knowledge gaps, and behavioral changes; ensuring development of training content in relevant delivery medium by using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) instructional design model; supervising development of blended learning options; and ensuring alignment with technology and business support infrastructure.
Measures training effectiveness by creating assessments to determine participant reaction, knowledge, behavior, and business impact; developing integrated reporting across subject matter areas and determining market-specific reporting needs; implementing assessments; partnering with the business to address non-completion rates; and collaborating with analysts to interpret results.
Manages learning content by auditing existing learning materials; reviewing and editing final drafts; adapting content to changing learner needs; collaborating and influencing with subject matter experts; determining operating parameters (for example, cost-benefit analysis of build versus buy); aligning content with business goals and initiatives; maintaining consistency through quality control measures; and providing project status updates to stakeholders.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year's experience in ethics, training performance and measurement, learning systems and databases, data analysis, or related field OR 4 years' experience in ethics, training performance and measurement, learning systems and databases, data analysis or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional).
2 years' experience with Business Intelligence databases or dashboards, learning management systems, or related systems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
