Position Description
Coordinating key reporting needs in international markets by understanding market-specific reporting requirements; coordinating with markets to address training opportunities identified through reporting (for example, weekly computer based training reports, completion rates); partnering with the business to follow-up on non-completion rates; verifying training material provided to international markets is relevant and addressing business needs; and understanding market-specific learning management systems and reporting.
Leads the development and implementation of reporting solutions by reviewing new technologies relevant to training and reporting; collaborating with key market stakeholders to identify business needs; matching resources of department with customer requests; creating strategic plans for the department in line with business objectives; utilizing training and reporting expertise to develop optimal solutions to meet business needs building roadmaps for reporting solutions; and presenting recommended solutions to stakeholders.
Leads the process of aligning training, analytics, and reporting to support departmental strategies with the broader vision of the entire compliance organization by facilitating engagement with international subject matter experts (SMEs) and teams to understand organizational strategies as well as initiatives and priorities for each region; translating training reporting from each subject matter area for each region into a comprehensive compliance report for senior management to support compliance related strategies; monitoring strategic compliance objectives and organizational initiatives; refining compliance related planning processes through empirical analytical data; and creating and maintaining training dashboards.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year's experience in ethics, training performance and measurement, learning systems and databases, data analysis, or related field OR 6 years' experience in ethics, training performance and measurement, learning systems and databases, data analysis or related field.
1 year's experience leading curriculum design, development, and delivery teams.
1 year's experience working with Tableau or Alteryx.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
10 years' professional experience with 5 years' experiences leading curriculum design, development, and delivery teams.
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
