Agile Business Solutions Analyst-ISD

Position Description
Collaborates in identifying possible process improvement initiatives by serving as a liaison with business partners; understanding the business
processes, goals, and objectives; ensuring process models are current while working towards process improvement initiatives; ensuring business
requirements support the roadmap, project charter, and process models; and assisting in functional design sessions.
Conducts requirement reviews by reviewing prototypes to ensure they illustrate configurable, dynamic, and scalable interfaces; auditing projects for
possible defects; coordinating deep-dive reviews to correct possible project defects; working with business analysts and quality analysts to develop a
solution to minimize and correct defect rates; auditing requirement traceability; working with business analysts and technical teams to find workable
solutions to reduce the requirement and design oversights; reviewing project change requests (PCRs) for complete requirements and traceability to
ensure roadmap alignment, stakeholder, and current projects are not impacted; and verifying original documents have been updated to project
management system.
Leads team members on complex portfolios by overseeing the elicitation process; ensuring requirement estimations are complete, a requirements
management plan is established and implemented, and all tasks are tracked throughout the project; ensuring the focus is on quality, timeliness, and
complete and testable requirements which align with the roadmap, business strategy, and scope of assigned project; and guiding and advising the
project management methodology used (for example, Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
Promotes continuous improvement within the organization by working one-on-one with team members to act as a mentor in areas of improvement;
participating, monitoring, and determining alternate techniques for team members to use during projects (for example, elicitation meetings, planning
sessions, requirements, use cases, modeling); and providing follow-up review sessions with team members to ensure confidence in abilities.Drives the standardization of requirements and processes by working with team members to identify business rules, metrics, requirements, and
business processes that can be reused; and collaborating with other Information Systems Division (ISD) teams to build reusable components to
reduce redundant work efforts.Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
i mprovement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years experience in information technology or related field
within the past 10 years OR 5 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR Master's degree Information
Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years.

5 years experience in a business analysis role eliciting and documenting software requirements.
5 years experience using SAP.
5 years logistics experience.
5 years replenishment experience.
5 years finance experience.
5 years store operations experience.
5 years transportation experience.
5 years human resources experience.
5 years e-commerce experience.
5 years business intelligence (BI) experience.
5 years data analytics experience.
3 years experience with HP Quality Center or related defect tracking tool.
3 years experience using Agile methodology.
3 years experience using Iterative methodology.
2 years experience using Pro Vision.
2 years experience leading a team of business analysts to complete projects.
1 year experience using basic functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
Walmart Business Analysis Certification.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
