Senior Manager - Global Audit Reporting & Metrics

Position Description
Lead the development of the annual departmental operating plan; monitor budget to actual performance; prepare periodic forecasts as required
Establish, measure and report department performance against key metrics using appropriate tools and techniques
Prepare presentations and reports for Senior Management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
Manage changes to annual plan or budget using appropriate cause-of-change analytics
Support the annual audit planning and risk assessment processes
Identify and implement departmental process enhancements and best practice, including standard report language, rapid audit reporting options, rolling audit planning process, etc
Identify and reports data quality issues, related to integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness of audit data in a timely fashion. Collaborate with international market teams to manage and resolve identified data quality issues.
Coordinate departmental initiatives in a project manager capacity
Successfully manage the relationship between Global Audit and key business partners
Minimum Qualifications
5 years experience in internal audit, information technology, or business-related field.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field OR Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems or other Information Technology-related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year public accounting experience in assurance or internal audit.
2 years of supervisory experience.
Financial certification or licensure (for example, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)).
Information systems certification or licensure (for example, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM)).
Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

The Global Leverage team is responsible maintaining Walmart's Audit methodology and professional practice quality standards, delivering global training programs, maintaining TeamMate software and other technology, and providing departmental, Executive and Audit Committee reporting.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Leverage, Global Audit Services this position serves as the Reporting and Metric lead within Global Audit providing strong thought leadership to deliver strategic reporting solutions in support of best-in-class audit practices and techniques and to continuously drive and influence positive change throughout the department globally. This Senior Manager supports the development and monitoring of the Global Audit Plan and Risk Assessment; the delivery of timely internal and external reports to all business partners; and general management of the global budget and performance metrics for Global Audit.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
