Leads product, project or program management process improvement
Leads the planning of multiple large complex products, projects or multiple programs
Manages the execution of multiple large complex products, projects or multiple programs with minimal guidance
Provides overall direction
Prior Oil & Gas industry experience and knowledge preferred
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 8 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 15 years OR 10 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 15 years OR Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 6 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 15 years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years experience leading large and diverse groups of employees to complete projects on time and within budget.
4 years experience managing, tracking, and reporting IT budgets.
5 years experience utilizing systems development lifecycle processes.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
