Senior Manager, Statutory Accounting; Global Subsidiary Controllership

Position Description
Drives financial statutory accounting reporting under IFRS and other local GAAPs
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Manages and provides support for global subsidiaries
Manages statutory accounting operations and controls for Walmart's global holding companies
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's Degress in Accounting or related field AND 4 years experience in accounting or related field OR 7 years experience in accounting or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years experience in financial analysis under IFRS and other local GAAPs.
4 years experience overseeing international teams.
8 years accounting experience in multi-national company.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
Professional working proficiency in a second language (for example, Spanish, Mandarin).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
