Business Solutions Analyst-ISD

Position Description
Support the activation of supplier engagements and champion the data sharing needs for our Global Customer Insights & Analytics research and analytics projects. Ideal candidates are expected to have seasoned financial Analysis and or Project Management skills in a Vendor management space. Accomplish these primary goals by streamlining the contract management process, facilitate processes for technology and information security related needs, and supporting the administration of our insights lab environment. A focus on excellent customer service and problem solving are paramount to the success of this team
Collaborates in identifying possible process improvement initiatives
Conducts requirement reviews
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Drives the standardization of requirements and processes
Leads team members on complex portfolios
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Promotes continuous improvement within the organization
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR 5 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years OR Master's degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years experience in information technology or related field within the past 10 years.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience using basic functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook).
2 years experience leading a team of business analysts to complete projects.
2 years experience using Pro Vision.
3 years experience using Agile methodology.
3 years experience using Iterative methodology.
5 years data analytics experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
