Senior Manager, SOTC Trait Program Development & Execution

Position Description
Lead initiative to transform current SOTC Traiting process to maximize utilization of new Customer data sets, and create new programs/processes for Merchants or other Business Partners to implement programs to support Store unique Customer/Shoppers
Partner cross-functionally to integrate SOTC Customer Data, and shopping pattern impacts, into future tools and processes
Develops and analyzes specialized stores' (for example, low volume, resort, hometown) trait governance operating plans
Develops and implements program relevant tools and processes for trait governance of specialized stores (for example, low volume, resort, hometown) across complex business units (for example, grocery, consumables, entertainment) to ensure profitability
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
1 year of supervisory or project management experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business or related field and 4 years experience in retail merchandising or operations, or related field OR 6 years experience in retail merchandising or operations, or related field, including 2 years experience in replenishment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience in retail consulting.
2 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
2 years experience managing large-scale initiatives.
4 years Walmart experience in Operations, Replenishment, or Merchandising.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
