Business Consultant

Position Purpose:
Serve as an onsite Business Consultant resource and IMS expert specializing in IMS Rx and longitudinal patient data for an IMS data supplier located in Bentonville, Arkansas. Manage multiple client deliverables and longitudinal patient studies including all phases of client engagement, collaboration with statistical support team, analysis of study results, and presentation of findings. Serve as an integral member of the data partner team by providing critical customer insight to help client drive business results.
Principal Accountabilities:
Provides consultation to data partner including framing business questions, developing solutions, analyzing study findings, and interpreting results in terms of impact to the data partner's business;
Works cross functionally with project team in the design, development and delivery of client solutions.
Documents requirements, participates in methodology development and works collaboratively with account team in identifying insights and recommending solutions.
Develops project plan with timelines and deliverables and leads project to successful completion on-time and within budget, from start to finish.
Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
Supports Principal in exceeding client expectations.
Provides high level input to, and ensures the development of, client reports and presentations and delivers all or significant portions of findings to Principal and client.
Develops and/or elevates new business opportunities to Principal through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
Provides follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
Proactively continues to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.
Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise with client team to elevate our capabilities in delivering world-class solutions for clients.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of related experience including consulting, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry experience. Demonstrates excellent project management skills, client relationship skills, and in-depth knowledge of longitudinal information and its application to the supplier segment including methodological development and design.
Additional Requirements:
In-depth understanding of IMS longitudinal patient data assets and Consulting and Services core offerings. Works effectively within and across client team and IMS organization to accomplish team goals and deliver client value. Demonstrates strong consultative skills in framing the client business need and supporting Principal in delivering key insights and solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines. Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area. Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and supplier industries. Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills. Possesses the necessary subject matter expertise and project management skills able to effectively manage projects across supplier clients.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
