Customer Marketing Manager (Prepared Foods) Job

The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team with product, merchandising and program solutions. This role serves as a critical liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring that customer and consumers? needs are met, while driving innovative solutions in the Prepared Foods Industry.
+ Consult on account planning for targeted accounts and collaborate with sales on product and promotional strategies, including presentation development and support for business reviews.
+ Lead expert in shopper marketing insights, merchandising and promotion techniques.
+ Coordination of ethnographic activities designed to uncover customer needs, competitive insights, product
+ definition for customer specific projects, and general voice of the customer.
+ Provide recommendations on merchandising for grocery retail locations, and identify equipment solutions.
+ Drive discovery and development efforts for innovative product and program solutions.
+ Develop and execute product launch plans including POS, and sales collateral and training materials.
+ Act as the business lead on product development projects within the Rich?s new product development and commercialization process.
+ Understand and be well versed with the product portfolio that aligns with the Prepared Foods strategy and collaborate with culinary to develop applications that align with customer needs
+ Provide support for trade shows, customer events, and key customer visits as it relates to product presentation, merchandising, and market intelligence.
+ Bachelor?s degree in marketing or related field required; MBA preferred
+ Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, customer program development, category management or merchandising within prepared foods / deli
+ Ability to lead and facilitate key customer interactions
+ Proven strategic skills, in particular as it relates to customer, program, and promotional strategy
+ Ability to leverage market and consumer insights to build business case for both internal and external positioning.
+ Well-developed communication skills to include verbal & written methods especially as it relates to customer presentation and interaction
+ Demonstrated success in leading cross functional teams as well as managing and directing change
+ Proven track record of leadership, taking initiative, and execution of strategy to deliver results in a collaborative environment
+ Demonstrated financial acumen especially as it relates to understanding and analysis of a P&L
+ Strong personal computer proficiency to include the Microsoft business suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Travel 20 ? 30%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
