Physical Security Specialist-Global Security

Position Description
Uniform Security Officer who, Completes work assignments and priorities
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners to promote a safe working environment
Ensures regulatory and corporate policy compliance (for example, Payment Card Industry (PCI), personally identifiable information (PII), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Fire Code, Life Safety)
Implements security systems and strategies (for example, compliance, crisis response, threat management, investigations, patrol, dispatch)
Supports the development and implementation of protocols, programs, and training
Minimum Qualifications
1 year experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services or related field.
Will complete and pass all core components of the Physical Security Specialist Training Academy within 90 days of job entry date and will maintain them while employed in this position.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
3 years experience in security, law enforcement, military, emergency services or related field.
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, sociology, emergency management or related field.
Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
