Regional VP Sales Animated Brands at Post Consumer Brands Bentonville, AR

We are hiring a Regional VP Sales to lead the Animated Brands Regional Sales Team to the achievement of our sales goals, drive market share, and build the team for future success.
The role will manage multiple customer relationships and a lead broker sales team.
In addition, manage the strategic direction for and provide leadership to Animated Brand sales operations and administrative functions, to ensure efficient sales processes, reduce selling costs, and ensure promotional forecast accuracy and efficient trade execution.
Major Job Activities:
LeadershipProvide the strategy, management direction, and supervisory support needed to ensure that the respective Sales team meets annual performance objectives, and individual Broker team members develop sales plans and find ways to continuously improve results.
Lead the respective Sales Team to the achievement of our sales goals, drive market share, and build the team for future success.
Customer Business Planning:
twelve to eighteen-month business planning, tactical management of merchandising and pricing, utilize cross functional resources.
Review and assess shipment/IRI report performance, understand monthly/weekly data and trends, drive action when needed.
Continuous evaluation of customer and market trends and strategies to ensure overall business and brands stay on track to deliver annual plan.
Regular customer visits at Retailer HQ and with Broker respectively to develop higher level customer contacts as well as ensure success of plan.
Regular market visits to review store conditions, monitor competition, evaluate MAPS and communicate findings internally as needed.
Responsible for both Direct Sales call responsibility at select customers as well as managing/leading of Broker Sales Team.
Sales Processes (internal/external) Customer service problems:
make decisions to resolve major service problems; lead cross-functional teams to solve any retailer connectivity process opportunitiesSales Forecasting (demand planning and promotional forecasting)Represent Sales in Pre-S&OP and Demand Planning to insure accurate forecastingManage/monitor system inputs and internal message of sales plan forecast (inputs:
base trends/promotional info, new and discontinued items, etc.
)Trade Execution and Administration Provide trade execution oversight, and ensure achievement of related metricsRetail Excellence Provide direction and over-sight to ROM's and Retail Excellence Director to meet Retail Gold Standards within budget guidelinesJob Requirements:
Education:
Four year college degree required; advanced degree preferred
Experience:
10 or more years of increasing responsibility in cpg industry, including 5 or more years in sales assignments (internal and external; field sales/account management experience preferred); 2 or more years management experience; ideal to have managed business through Broker Relationship Skills:
Requires strong strategic, analytic, and leadership skills; must be able to create strategic direction, analyze and resolve major process problems, and provide necessary leadership to implement changes and improve efficiencies; needs strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and spoken), and the ability to hire, train, direct, and develop staff.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
